Decent Homes 2: will it help or hinder?
In the Levelling Up White Paper, the government committed to halve the number of non-decent rented homes by 2030, across the social and private rented sectors.
To deliver on this aim, the government has resumed the Decent Homes Standard review and imposed a very tight timescale.
